So by the end of 2016 I’ll admit, I was feeling a little uninspired with my blog. I started in February last year so I guess it wasn’t a surprise that it felt a little stale! So I’m kicking off 2017 with a new blog design, re-booted logo and a few New Year’s resolutions. 1. Incorporate the gym into my lifestyle I know this is such a standard NY resolution, but I’ve needed a kick up the butt to make this commitment for ages, and the start of the New Year is exactly the boost I needed.
